Railroad route of the Sullivan-Sanford Lumber Company laid in a northwesterly direction from Naples in 1911. The logging railroad was incorporated as the Naples & Sulphur River Railroad, but the railroad commission did not recognize it as a common carrier, and its charter was forfeited.--Murry Hammond
